Our Auction is online and our breakfast will be drive thru. Here are a few tips to help make the most of our event.

Auction is happening now. You can bid on items throughout the week, or you can place your highest bid with Otto and it will do the work for you. See our auction HERE.

Auction closes Friday, Dec. 10th at 7:00pm. You will be sent an invoice that night through the email you registered. Paying for your items online will help the drive thru run smoother in the morning.

Auction Items. You will be notified and invoiced for your auction items Friday by 7:30pm. Any auction items that have been won can be picked up in the drive thru when you get your breakfast on Saturday, Dec. 11th.

Breakfast is Saturday, Dec. 11th 8:30-10:30am. It will take place in the back parking lot of Big Valley Grace Community Church, there will be signs directing you. Purchasing your tickets ahead of time will save you a bit of money and help the line move much quicker! Purchase tickets HERE.

Sponsorship Opportunties

Platinum Sponsor- $3,000: recognized on social media, given 8 breakfast
tickets, have a large banner with their logo displayed at the event and have their logo on the advertising for the event.

Gold Sponsor- $1,000: recognized on social media, given 8 breakfast
tickets and have a small banner with their logo displayed at the event.

Silver Sponsor- $500: recognized on social media and given 8 breakfast tickets.

Bronze Sponsor- $250: recognized on social media and given 4 breakfast tickets.
